One System Built Around the Entire Customer Journey.

01Market Intelligence

Find the highest-value growth opportunity.

The Problem

Most contractors grow by instinct, not by data — spending time and money on the wrong service line or the wrong part of their market.

What We Install

  • Local market analysis
  • Competitor research
  • Service economics review
  • Capacity assessment
  • Campaign selection
  • Growth priorities

Why It Matters

Every dollar spent afterward is pointed at the opportunity most likely to produce a return, instead of a guess.

02Offer Engineering

Give the market a stronger reason to choose you.

The Problem

Generic "free estimate" positioning makes a strong contractor look identical to a weak one.

What We Install

  • Lusso prepares an initial offer recommendation
  • Client validates operational and commercial realities
  • Lusso builds the complete offer once approved

Why It Matters

A sharper offer increases response and conversion before a single ad dollar is spent.

03Conversion Infrastructure

Turn attention into qualified inquiries.

The Problem

Traffic arriving at a generic homepage with a "Contact Us" button converts a fraction of what it could.

What We Install

  • Conversion-first website framework
  • Service pages
  • Campaign landing pages
  • Offer pages
  • Qualification flow
  • Clear CTAs and tracking
  • Lead routing

Why It Matters

This system is template and configuration driven, built and refined fast — not a bespoke 50-page site built from scratch for every client.

04Authority Engine

Make the company's online presence match the quality of the operation.

The Problem

A great operator with a thin or dated online presence loses trust to a worse operator who simply shows up more often.

What We Install

  • 8–12 finished short-form content assets per month
  • Mix determined by strategy and performance — direct-response, education, jobsite, before/after, testimonials, seasonal, and more

Why It Matters

Consistent, credible presence compounds trust with everyone who sees it — not just the people who click an ad.

05Demand Engine

Put the right offer in front of the right market.

The Problem

Running ads without a strong offer, a converting page, or clear tracking behind them wastes spend.

What We Install

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads where economically appropriate
  • Retargeting
  • Direct-response creative and copy
  • Audience strategy
  • Ongoing optimization and creative testing
  • Landing-page optimization

Why It Matters

Lusso isn't a Meta Ads shop — this is one component of a system that makes ad spend perform.

06Reputation Engine

Give prospects more reasons to trust and choose the company.

The Problem

Thin or outdated review profiles quietly cost jobs to competitors with more social proof.

What We Install

  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Review-generation system (manual, migrating to NiceJob or equivalent as it scales)
  • Review request copy
  • QR assets
  • Testimonial capture and proof integration

Why It Matters

More recent, relevant reviews increase both conversion rate and the perceived risk of choosing anyone else.

07Revenue Intelligence

Understand what marketing is actually producing business.

The Problem

Vanity metrics — clicks, impressions, followers — don’t tell you what to fund next.

What We Install

  • Lead and qualified-opportunity tracking
  • Cost per lead / cost per qualified opportunity
  • Estimates, customers, revenue, average ticket
  • Close rate, CAC, ROAS
  • Creative performance and next tests
  • Biweekly strategy cadence

Why It Matters

Reporting is currently manual and tied to real business outcomes, not a live dashboard of vanity numbers.

We Put Our Skin in the Game Too.

7-Day Market Activation Guarantee

Once Lusso has received all required access, business information, approvals, and initial payment, we will launch the initial acquisition campaign within seven business days. If a delay caused by Lusso prevents us from meeting that commitment, we apply a $1,500 service credit toward the next invoice.

Does not apply when delayed by

  • Client access delays
  • Client approval delays
  • Client-requested changes
  • Client-requested postponement
  • Meta/Google account review
  • Third-party platform outages
  • Account restrictions
  • Compliance/legal issues outside Lusso's control

90-Day Performance Extension

Before launch, Lusso and the client establish an agreed qualified-opportunity target based on market, service, average ticket, margin, capacity, and advertising budget. If the agreed target is missed and the client has satisfied the agreed operating requirements, Lusso continues managing and optimizing the acquisition campaign for up to 30 additional days without another campaign-management fee.

  • No guarantee of revenue, customers, or profitability
  • No ad-spend reimbursement
  • Client remains responsible for lead response, quoting, selling, pricing, fulfillment, and media spend

Market Protection

We don’t build the same acquisition system for direct competitors inside the same protected service territory.

When a Local Dominance partner is accepted, we define their protected market based on service area, trade, and competitive overlap. While that agreement remains active, Lusso Media will not install the Local Dominance System for a direct competitor inside that protected territory.

Market protection is subject to geography, service category, operating capacity, and agreement terms.
